SECTION 176

(1) The State Counsel may be present at the interrogation and confrontations or the defendant as well as at the hearing of the civil party and the witnesses. He shall inform the Examining Magistrate of his intention to do so. (2) The provisions of section 175 above shall be applicable to the State Counsel.
