SECTION 203

(1) Where a technical problem arises in the course of the preliminary inquiry, the Examining Magistrate may, of his own motion or on the application of any of the parties including the Courtesy of the Cameroon Center for Demoncracy and Human Rights – CCDHR: www.ccdhr.org 51 insurer of liability, where necessary, make an order for expert opinion and appoint one more experts. (2) Where the application for expert opinion is not granted, the Examining Magistrate shall give a reasoned decision therefore.
