SECTION 210

(1) Any expert, who fails to submit his report within the prescribed time-limit may, after a reminder from the competent Examining Magistrate, be immediately replaced. In such a case he shall: (a) give an account of the investigation which he has already carried out; (b) return, within forty-eight (48) hours from the moment of notification of his replacement, the objects and documents which were entrusted to him for the purpose of the investigation.
