SECTION 146 — The judgment may provisionally order immediate execution, notwithstanding any motion for a stay of execution of any appeal, with exemption from surety up to a sum to be fixed by a statutory instrument.

In French Le jugement peut ordonner l’exécution immédiate nonobstant opposition ou appel, et par provision avec dispense de caution jusqu’à une somme qui est fixée par voie réglementaire.

In respect of amounts in excess, provisional execution may be ordered on condition that surety is furnished; but it may be ordered without such condition, and in any amount, nothwithstanding a motion for stay or an appeal, in the case of wages and perquisites recognized as due and not in dispute.
