SECTION 150 — A third party claiming to be owner of all or part of the property distrained may, before the sale, submit his claim to the president of the court either orally or in writing.
Where the
evidence produced and the arguments put forward so warrant,
the president shall suspend the sale of the articles and effects
claimed and shall then summon the parties within eight days.
After hearing the parties, the president shall make an order for
against the appropriation of the property distrained.
