(1) The conditions required for appointment as an
assessor shall be those required of the leaders or management of
a trade union or employers' association as set out in Section 10 of
this law, including the following additional conditions :
• (a) an assessor must have performed professional duties for
at least 3 (three) years excluding apprenticeship;
• (b) he must have performed such duties in a area of
jurisdiction of the court for at least the last 3 (three)
months; and
• (c) he must be able to read and write English or French.
