SECTION 10

(1) The persons applying for registration of a trade union or employers' association and the members responsible for its administration and management shall be in possession of their civic rights and shall be convicted of any offence involving a penalty laid down in Section 30 (1), (2) and (3) of the Penal Code. (2) Aliens shall be required in addition to have resided for not less than five years in the territory of the Republic of Cameroon.
