SECTION 5

(1) Workers' and employers' organizations shall have the right to draw up their constitutions and rules, to elect their representatives freely and to organize their administration, provided they respect the laws and regulations in force. (2) Workers' and employers' organizations shall be forbidden to interfere in each other's activities.
