SECTION 13

(1) The registrar may cancel the registration of a trade union or employers' association if it is established : • (a) that the certificate of the registration was obtained by fraud; • (b) that the registered union or association has wilfully violated any provision of this law or carried out non- statutory activities ; • (c) that the registered union or association has ceased to exist. (2) Before such cancellation is effected, the registrar shall give the union or association concerned two months' notice specifying the reason for his decision. (3) Whenever a registrar cancels the registration of a trade union or employers' association, he must make known the steps he has taken by adequate publicity, and especially by publishing the decision in the Official Gazette.
