In the case of a company formed without a constituent meeting, the statement of acts and
commitments referred to in Article 106 above shall be annexed to the Articles of Association.
Where the members sign the Articles of Association and the statement, the company shall be
deemed to have adopted the contracts and commitments described in the statement with effect
from the date the company is entered in the Trade and Personal Property Rights Register.
