From the date of signature of the Articles of Association, company executives shall take over
from the founders. Company executives shall act on behalf of the company already formed but
not yet entered in the Trade and Personal Property Rights Register.
Powers and obligations of company executives shall be defined in accordance with the provisions
of this Uniform Act and, where necessary, by the Articles of Association.
