SECTION 669

(1) After extradition bas been granted in favour of Cameroon, an application to nullify same shall be filed at the Court of Appeal within whose jurisdiction the person extradited is in custody, if there is a violation of any of the conditions laid down in sections 643 and 644. Application for a declaration of nullity under the foregoing subsection may be made by the person extradited at any time up to the expiry of his sentence.
