SECTION 667

(1) The decree granting extradition shall be subject 10 the condition that the person extradited may not, without the special consent of the Government of Cameroon, be prosecuted or punished in the requesting country for any offence committed before his being handed over, other than that for which he was extradited. (2) However, a foreigner extradited by Cameroon, who has had thirty (30) days after his final release during which he was to leave the territory of the requesting State, shall no longer be subjected to subsection (1).
