The judgment may provisionally order immediate execution, notwithstanding any motion for a stay of execution of any appeal, with exemption from surety up to a sum to be fixed by a statutory instrument. In respect of amounts in excess, provisional execution may be ordered on condition that surety is furnished; but it may be ordered without such condition, and in any amount, nothwithstanding a motion for stay or an appeal, in the case of wages and perquisites recognized as due and not in dispute.
