SECTION 27 — Res judicata

Arbitral awards rendered in compliance with the provisions of the present rules shall have res judicata effect on the territory of each member state, in the same way as decisions given by national courts. They may be subject to compulsory enforcement measures on the territory of any of the member Parties.
