25.1 Once the arbitral award has been made, the Secretary General shall notify on the parties
the text signed by the arbitrator after the costs of the arbitration referred to in Article 24.2(a)
have been fully paid to the Secretary General by the parties or by one of them.
25.2 Additional copies certified true by the Secretary General of the Court shall be made
available at any time to the parties upon their request but to no one else.
25.3 By virtue of the notification thus made, the parties waive any other form of notification or
deposit on the part of the arbitrator.
