In extraordinary general meetings, decisions are taken by the majority of two-thirds of votes by
members representing more than half of the number of members of the simplified cooperative at
the first meeting.
Where such quorum is not obtained, and unless otherwise provided for in the Articles of
Association, the members shall, depending on the case, call the meeting a second time and
decisions shall be taken by a majority of the members present or represented.
Any clause to the contrary shall be deemed enforceable.
