The ordinary general meeting shall decide on agreements entered into directly, or through an
intermediary, between the simplified cooperative and one of its officers or one of its members.
To this effect, the chairmanof the management committee present at the annual ordinary general
meeting shall attach a report on the agreements entered into directly or through an intermediary
between the cooperative and one of its officers or one of its members to documents entrusted to
members.
