SECTION 247

Where they are enforceable, decisions to initiate and close bankruptcy proceedings as well as decisions settling disputes arising out of the said proceedings and decisions on which bankruptcy proceedings have legal impact, pronounced in the territory of a State party in accordance with this Uniform act, shall be res judicata on the territory of the other States parties. The provisions of the first paragraph of this Article shall also govern any decision recognized by the competent court of the State Party pursuant to Chapter II of this Title. Notwithstanding any provision of this Article, execution measures require exequatur.
