The trustees of the main and secondary bankruptcy proceedings are bound by a mutual
information exchange duty. They shall exchange all information, without delay, which may be
useful for other proceedings, in particular the status on filing and verifying claims and measures
aimed at putting an end to the bankruptcy proceedings for which they are appointed.
The trustee of the secondary bankruptcy proceedings shall, at the right time, enable the trustee of
the main bankruptcy proceedings to present proposals on the close of the secondary bankruptcy
proceedings or any use of assets of the secondary bankruptcy proceedings.
Non-compliance with these obligations shall put the trustees at risk of civil liability suits.
