The trustee appointed by a competent court may exercise all the powers conferred to him by this
Uniform act on the territory of another State party insofar as no other bankruptcy proceedings
have been initiated in that State.
The appointment of the trustee shall be established upon presentation of a certified true copy of
the original decision appointing him or by any other certificate drawn up by the competent court.
A translation of this document into the official language of the State party on whose territory the
trustee needs to work may be required.
