Any creditor may file his claim at the main bankruptcy proceedingsandat any secondary or
territorial bankruptcy proceedings.
Thetrusteesofmain andsecondarybankruptcy proceedings shall also be empowered to file, in other
proceedings, claims already produced in proceedings for which they had been appointed, subject
to creditors opposing such filing or withdrawing the claims they filed.
The provisions of this Article shall apply subject to those of Article 255 hereinafter.
