SECTION 147

The trustee shall, alone, sell the debtor's goods and personal property, collect debts owed him and settle the debts he owes. The debtor's long-term claims may be assigned so as not to delay the liquidation operations, under the conditions provided for in Article 148 for settlements and transactions. Proceeds from sales and debt recoveries shall, after deduction of sums fixed by the receiver for expenses and costs, be immediately deposited into an account specially opened under the conditions set forth in article 45 above. The trustee shall show proof of such deposits to the receiver.
