Where due to insufficient funds the assets liquidation operations are not undertaken or
completed, the competent court, based on the report of the receiver, may, at any time, decree the
close of operations due to insufficient assets, at the request of any interested party or even on his
own motion.
The decision shall be published under the conditions provided for in articles 36 and 37 above.
