SECTION 155

(1) A court may, in the interest of justice and at the request of one of the parties, extend the time-limit provided for in this section for reasons which shall be stipulated in the judgment. (2) No extension pursuant to the provisions of the present section shall exceed thirty days.

ARTICLE 155

SECTION 131Any individual dispute arising from a contract of employment between workers and their employers or from a contract of apprenticeship shall fall within the jurisdiction of the court dealing with the labour disputes in accordance with the
