SECTION 134

(1) The assessors shall be appointed by order of the Minister of Justice on the proposal of the minister in charge of labour. They shall be chosen from. lists containing not less than three names for each post to be rilled submitted by the most representative trade unions or employer's associations. If these fail to act or if there are not such organizations, the minister in charge of labour shall directly make his proposal. (2) The assessors shall be appointed for a term of two judicial years and may be re-appointed, provided that the assessors in office shall continue to act until the new appointments have been made. (3) If necessary, the list of assessors may be completed during the judicial year in the same manner as that prescribed in Subsection 1. The term of office of the assessors so designated shall expire at the same time as that of the assessors appointed on the basis of biennial lists.
