SECTION 11

(1) Registration of a trade union or employers' association shall be effected as follows : • (a) an application to register the union or association and its rules shall be sent to the registrar of trade unions or employers' association ; the application shall be accompanied by two copies of the rules and a list of the names of the officers of the union or association and of their titles as such ; • (b) the registrar shall acknowledge receipt of the application, examine it and register the trade union or association and its rules within a period of one month. After that deadline, the trade union or association shall be considered as having been registered. • (c) The registrar shall not register any trade union or employers' association under a name identical to that under which any existing union or employers' association has been registered as may lead members of the unions or association or third parties into error. (2) A decree shall determine the form of the certificate of registration.
