In addition to the documents referred to in Section 418above, the following documents must be appended to the budget estimates:
• staff list;
• inventory of vehicles and machines;
• inventory of owned or leased buildings;
• draft deliberation to vote the budget;
• deliberations of a financial nature;
• results of the last approved administrative account;
• statement of revenue and expenditure of the current financial year as at the date of holding of the meeting;
• any other useful document.
