(1) The draft annual performance report of the local authority annexed
to the budget estimates shall present the objectives pursued and the expected
results for each programme, evaluated using activity and result indicators.
(2) It shall be prepared by the programme managers appointed in accordance
with the provisions of Section 435 of this law, under the authority of the chief
executive.
