SECTION 313

(1) To prepare and implement Regional Council deliberation, the President may, as and when necessary, use deconcentrated services of the State under an agreement signed with the representative of the State, laying down the conditions of defrayment of such services by the region. (2) The Regional Council President may, under his control and responsibility, grant delegation of signature to the heads of the said services for the discharge of duties assigned them, pursuant to Sub-section 1 above. (3) Standard agreements relating to the use of the deconcentrated services of the State by the region shall be laid down by regulation. III - Suspension, Cessation of Duties and Substitution
