(1) The city mayor shall convene and chair city council board sessions.
(2) The city mayor shall be responsible for:
- preparing and implementing city council board deliberations;
- preparing and executing city council budget;
- organizing and managing city council services;
- managing city council resources and property;
- supervising city council works;
- representing the urban centre in solemn ceremonies.
