The original copy of any award made in accordance with the present rules shall be filed at the Secretariat of the Court In all other cases not expressly provided for by the present rules, the Court and the arbitrator shall act in accordance with the spirit of these rules and shall make every effort to ensure that the award is enforceable at law.
