Where the expert so appointed requests clarification on a point which is outside his field of specialization, the Examining Magistrate may, on the proposal of the expert, appoint any person specially qualified to assist him. The person so appointed shall take the oath prescribed in section 204 and his report shall be annexed to that of the expert.
