With regards to individuals of good faith other than the members, the management or
administration committees may, within limits set by this Uniform Act for each form of
cooperatives, have all the powers to commit the cooperative without being required to justify
their actions with a special mandate. Any restriction to their legal powers by the articles shall
not be enforceable to individuals other than the members.
