SECTION 96

In dealing with individuals other than the members, the management or administrative P. 37 of 110 committees shall commit the cooperative through acts matching the corporate purpose, unless otherwise provided for in this Uniform Act. The cooperative shall be committed by the management or administrative acts which are not in line with the corporate purpose, unless it proves that individuals other than the membersknew that the acts did not fall under the corporate purpose or in light of the circumstances they could not ignore them, unless the only publication of the articles is sufficient to constitute such evidence.
