Where the cooperative refuses to communicate all or part of the documents referred to in
Articles 351 and 352 above, it is held on this refusal, at the request of the shareholder, by the
chairman of the competent court ruling expeditiously.
The chairman of the competent court may order the cooperative with a board of directors, under
penalty, pursuant to conditions laid down in Articles 351 and 352 of this Uniform Act, to
communicate the documents to the shareholder.
