May attend the general meetings:
- Members, under the conditions prescribed by this Uniform Act and the articles;
- Any individual duly authorized for that purpose by a legal provision or by any stipulation of
the articles of the cooperative.
The same shall apply to individuals foreign to the cooperative with a board of directors when
they are authorized either by the chairman of the competent court, or by a decision of the
meeting bureau, or by the meeting itself.
