SECTION 326

Nobody shall simultaneously exercise more than one mandate of chairman of the board of directors of cooperatives with a board of directors or chairman of the management committee of the simplified cooperative having its registered office on the territory of the same State party. Similarly, nobody shall hold both the office of chairman of the board of directors of the cooperative with a board of directors and chairman of the management committee of the simplified cooperative having its registered office on the territory of a same State party. The mandate of chairman of the board of directors may not be combined with the functions of a person in charge of the management of a cooperative. The provisions of Article 300 of this Uniform Act with regards to holding multiple offices shall apply to the chairman of the board of directors.
