Unless otherwise provided by the Articles of Association, a director may give, by letter, fax or
any means leaving a written record, power of attorney to another director to represent him at a
board meeting.
Each director shall have, during the same meeting, only one single power of attorney.
The provisions of this Article shall also govern permanent representatives of legal entities.
