SECTION 22

Any cooperative shall have a registered office which should be stated in its articles. The registered office must be chosen by the members and established in the territory of one of the States Parties, either at the main center of the business of the cooperative or at its administrative and financial management center. It must have a physical address or a sufficiently specific geographical location.
