SECTION 43

The service contribution scheme shall be set out by the Articles of Association. Failure to set out such contribution in the articles, the contribution of the member who provided the service shall be equal to the share of the member who less contributed. The member who obligated himself to make the contribution to the cooperative shall report all gainsborne by the activity that is the subject of the contribution.
