Theextraordinary collective decisions are intended to decide on the amendment of the articles of
association.
Where the company has only a single member, the provisions of articles 558 to 561hereinafter
shall be applied, with the exception of those of the second paragraphs of articles 558 and 559
hereinafter.Non contrary provisions of this chapter shall also apply.
