In the event of written consent, the draft resolutions as well as documents necessary formembers’
information shall be sent to each of them under the same conditions as those set forth in the first
paragraph of article 338 above.
Membersshall have a minimum period of fifteen (15) days from the date of receipt of the draft
resolutions to vote.
