Any notice published pursuant to the provisions of this uniform Act shall necessarily include:
1) the name of the company followed, where necessary, by its acronym; 2) the type of the company; 3) the amount of the stated capital; 4) the address of the headquarters; 5) the registration number at the registry of commerce and securities.
