Publicity formalities shall be carried out at the behest of and under the responsibility of the
company legal representatives.
Where a publication formality not pertaining tothe formation of the company or the amendment
of the articles of association, has been omitted or has been improperly carried outand where the
company has not regularized the situation within a period of one (1) month from receiving the
demand in that regard, any interested party may petition the competent courtruling expeditiously
to appoint an agent in order to complete the publicityformality.
