The holding of the meeting shall be subject to the provisions of Article 529 et seq. of this
Uniform Act that are not contrary hereto, in particular as concerns the constitution of its bureau
and the rules of representation and participation in the meeting.
It shall be presided over by the shareholder with the highest number of shares or, failing this, by
the oldest shareholder.
