The constituent general meeting shall be convened by the founders after the notarial statement
of subscription and payment of funds has been drawn up.
Notice of the meeting shall be by hand delivered letter against acknowledgement of receipt or
by registered letter with request for advice of delivery, indicating the agenda, venue, date and
time of the meeting.
Notice of the meeting shall be addressed to each subscriber at least fifteen days before the
date of the meeting.
