Uniform Act relating to commercial companies and economic interest groups › Title 1 › Chapter 3

SECTION 412

Any constituent general meeting irregularly convened shall be annulled under the conditions laid down in Articles 242 et seq. of this Uniform Act. However, no action for annulment of the meeting shall be admissible where all the shareholders were present or represented.
