SECTION 406

Decisions of the meeting shall be taken by a two-thirds majority of the votes of the subscribers present or represented, subject to the provisions of Articles 409 and 410 paragraph 2 of this Uniform Act. Blank votes shall not be taken into consideration in computing the majority.
