The trustee shall deposit his accounts at the court registry three (3) months following the closing
of proceedings due to insufficient assets.
The court registrar shall immediately notify the debtor, against receipt, that he has eight (8) days
to file his objections, if need be.
In the event of a dispute, the competent court shall give a ruling.
